The TMP23x devices are a series of precision CMOS integrated circuit linear analog temperature sensors whose output voltage is proportional to temperature, allowing engineers to use them in a variety of analog temperature sensing applications. These temperature sensors are more accurate than comparable pin-compatible devices on the market, with typical accuracy of ±0.5°C over the 0°C to +70°C temperature range. The improved accuracy of this family of devices makes them suitable for many analog temperature sensing applications.
