The LM393B and LM2903B devices are the next generation of the industry's popular LM393 and LM2903 comparator families.The next-generation B version of the comparator features lower offset voltage, higher supply voltage capability, lower supply current, lower input bias current, and lower propagation delay, as well as improved 2kV ESD performance and input ruggedness with a dedicated ESD clamp.The LM393B and LM2903B are direct replacements for the LM293, LM393 and LM2903 ( "A"and"V" versions).All devices contain two independent voltage comparators that can be operated from a single supply over a wide voltage range.The quiescent current is not affected by the supply voltage.
